Project Management

How do I plan and structure a complex research project? And how do I ensure that it is imple-mented efficiently - even in the case that I did not plan it myself? To answer such questions, the course presents basics of project management. Instead of introducing spe-cific stand-alone systems in detail, the course aims to provide a basic understanding of the most widely used concepts, mindsets and practices of project management. Based on this, participants will be ena-bled to establish a management system suitable for them and their projects. Exercises and discussions in the course will focus on the participants' current projects.
