Participants are given an overall system (culture, structure, strategy) of how a project can best be managed depending on its size or duration (classic, agile or hybrid project management).

Planning processes & and implementation of goals and milestones under agile conditions (agile mindset and project management).
Essential understanding of how to build a productive team or how to better use the potential of diversity in existing teams.

Lecturers
Svenja Neupert
Svenja Neupert holds a degree in education and has been working as a coach, soft skills trainer and organizational consultant for universities, research institutions, companies and political organizations for more than 30 years. Her topics are agile project management, digital leadership, future-oriented co-creative collaboration, holistic career development and financial self-determination and security as a scientist. In her lectures, seminars and coaching sessions, Svenja Neupert sensitizes participants to their own "inner compass" and thus has a supportive effect on individual career development.
